Job Summary:

The Junior Accountant will assist the Accounts Department in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions (cash, bank, and journal entries).
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing bills, invoices, and receipts.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
  • Support monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash records.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with departments for collection and verification of financial data.
  • Maintain filing and documentation of all accounting records.
  • Prepare basic reports for management as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹22,000.00 per month
