Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM data accurately, ensuring timely follow-ups and client records management.
  • Handle motor insurance policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals with proper documentation.
  • Prepare and share insurance quotations by coordinating with insurers and understanding client requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with clients for queries, requirements, and service support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Manage daily operational tasks, maintain reports, and support the sales/service team as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of motor insurance policies.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Attention to detail & ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
