Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Growth

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content platforms
• Support lead generation activities and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Create engaging content for social media channels, blogs, and marketing materials
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Help manage CRM systems and optimize lead nurturing processes
• Support event planning and execution for marketing initiatives

Operations & Strategic Support

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities and process optimization
• Support project management for cross-functional initiatives
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for senior management
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations
• Help streamline workflows and identify areas for operational efficiency
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy across systems

Special Projects & Leadership Exposure

• Work directly on strategic initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership
• Participate in high-level meetings and contribute to business planning discussions
• Assist with investor relations materials and stakeholder communications
• Support business development activities and partnership opportunities
• Contribute to organizational growth strategies and expansion planning

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms
