At The Fame Tales, we are an Influencer Marketing and a Talent Management Company . We blend strategy, storytelling, and creativity to power some of India's most exciting influencer-led campaigns. From curating creator partnerships to building powerful brand narratives, we help brands connect authentically with audiences that matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, captions, and short-form videos for social media posts.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
  • Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry news to keep content relevant and timely
  • Help plan and execute social media campaigns and contests
  • Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and campaign planning
  • Assist in influencer outreach and community management activities
  • Stay updated on social media best practices and emerging platform features

Qualifications

Required:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual content
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, or similar design and video editing tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Preferred:

  • Previous internship or project experience in social media marketing
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and viral content
  • Portfolio of personal or professional social media work
