We're Hiring Sales Executives (Landlord & Tenant Acquisition) | Mumbai (Full-Time | On-Ground + Remote)

Positions: Sales Executive – Landlord Acquisition & Sales Executive – Tenant Acquisition

Location: Mumbai (Preferred Zones: Andheri West, Juhu, Bandra, Goregaon, Malad)

Work Schedule: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)

Compensation: ₹10,000 Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission up to ₹25,000/month

Our platform simplifies renting for both tenants and landlords through subscription-based plans, premium listings, automated visit scheduling, and an upcoming AI-enabled rental workflow.

As we prepare for our Mumbai launch, we are expanding our sales team with two high-impact roles focused on growing supply (landlords) and driving demand (tenants).

Role Overview

We are hiring two dedicated Sales Executives:

• Landlord Acquisition Executive – responsible for onboarding property owners and increasing the supply of listings.
• Tenant Acquisition Executive – responsible for converting tenant leads into paid subscribers.

Both roles require strong communication, confidence, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Landlord Acquisition Executive

• Contact landlords, societies, and property owners in assigned zones.
• Pitch and onboard their properties on RentGrids.
• Sell Premium Listing (₹2,499/week) and Priority Listing (₹3,499/week).
• Promote Prime Assist (success-fee plan for high-touch leasing).
• Maintain daily logs of outreach, conversions, and follow-ups.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure recurring listings.

Tenant Acquisition Executive

• Handle inbound leads + outbound prospecting for tenants.
• Sell subscription plans ranging from ₹599 to ₹2,499.
• Explain accepted visits, credits, and value-added features.
• Assist tenants in scheduling visits through the platform.
• Upsell to Standard, Priority, or Hybrid Metered plans.
• Track conversions and ensure high satisfaction.

Commission Structure (Clear & Transparent)

Both sales roles receive ₹10,000 fixed salary + performance-based commission.

Commission is paid ONLY after the company receives payment from the customer.

For Landlord Acquisition

Commission is earned when:

• A landlord purchases a Premium Listing or Priority Listing, OR
• A landlord signs up for Prime Assist (35% success fee), OR
• A landlord upgrades from Free → Paid subscription.

Payout Range:

• ₹300 to ₹1000 per paid listing (based on package)
• ₹1,000–₹2,500 per Prime Assist success (after RentGrids receives payment)

For Tenant Acquisition

Commission is earned when:

• A tenant purchases any subscription plan
• A tenant upsells to a higher tier
• A tenant buys Hybrid Metered accepted visits

Payout Range:

• ₹100 to ₹250 per subscription
• ₹250–₹500 per Priority or Prime upgrade

• Recurring commissions on metered visits (₹40–₹80 per visit)

• Commission Cycle

• Commission is calculated weekly
• Paid out every 30 days
• Only for successful paid transactions that RentGrids has received
