We're Hiring Sales Executives (Landlord & Tenant Acquisition) | Mumbai (Full-Time | On-Ground + Hybrid)

Positions: Sales Executive – Landlord Acquisition & Sales Executive – Tenant Acquisition

Work Experience: Fresher Years)

Location: Mumbai (Preferred Zones: Andheri West, Juhu, Versova, Goregaon, Malad)

Work Schedule: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)

Compensation: ₹10,000 Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission up to ₹25,000/month

CTC (ANNUAL):₹ 2,40,000 - 4,80,000

Key responsibilities:

A. Landlord Acquisition Executive

1. Contact landlords, societies, and property owners in assigned zones.

2. Pitch and onboard their properties on RentGrids.

3. Sell Premium Listing Plans.

4. Promote Prime Assist (success-fee plan for high-touch leasing).

5. Maintain daily logs of outreach, conversions, and follow-ups.

6. Build long-term relationships to ensure recurring listings.

B. Tenant Acquisition Executive

1. Handle inbound leads + outbound prospecting for tenants.

2. Sell tenant subscription plans.

3. Explain accepted visits, credits, and value-added features.

4. Assist tenants in scheduling visits through the platform.

5. Upsell to Standard, Priority, or Hybrid Metered plans.

6. Track conversions and ensure high satisfaction.

Hindi Proficiency (Spoken), Lead Generation.

Other requirements

  1. Preferably candidate should have prior sales experience but not mandetory.

  2. Must be comfortable with daily calling targets.

  3. Candidates must join immediately.

  4. Should have strong communication and negotiation skills.

  5. Preferably staying near operational locations.

  6. Should be open to field visits if required.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 1,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 3,00,000 /year
