We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven
PPC Manager
to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as
    Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
    .
  • Conduct
    keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
    to inform campaign strategy.
  • Create and optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve
    CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rate
    .
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and bid strategies to ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance using
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards
    .
  • Perform
    A/B testing
    to improve campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Generate and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on
    industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
    to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align paid campaigns with broader business objectives.

Qualification

  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks
  • Proven experience as a
    PPC Manager, Paid Media Specialist, or similar role
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising platforms
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    keyword research, campaign setup, and bid management
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking/reporting tools
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    performance marketing, conversion tracking, and attribution models
    .
  • Analytical mindset with strong
    data interpretation and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
