Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through direct customer interactions, managing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional in-store customer service. The role requires a focus on achieving sales targets, advising customers on the features and benefits of products, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Additionally, the Sales Executive will handle customer inquiries, process sales transactions efficiently, and ensure that visual merchandising standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Product knowledge and retail experience, preferably in the jewellery industry
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling transactions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of store presentation
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
