Our Business and Strategic Alliances team drives innovation by forging key partnerships that enhance our offerings and market reach. You need to be a HODLer of these:

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, or business operations .
• Demonstrated success in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ; ability to interpret data, build dashboards/reports, and provide actionable insights (SQL knowledge preferred).
• Proven experience collaborating with and presenting to senior leadership teams .
• Background in high-growth or scaling environments , with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills , with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate insights into clear, persuasive narratives for leadership.
• Highly organized, process-oriented , and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments .

You will be mining through these tasks:

• Drive end-to-end program management of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery against business commitments.
• Build and maintain operating cadences, trackers, and dashboards to monitor progress and performance.
• Analyse business metrics, prepare performance reports , and surface outliers for leadership action.
• Partner closely with Analytics, Revenue, BD, and other teams to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.
• Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and implement solutions to keep programs on track.
• Act as the single point of accountability for driving execution excellence across cross-functional requests.
