Roles & responsibilities



•Manage client expectations and delivery of services to clients

•Reviewing ultra-high net worth individual (HNI), Trust, Estate and Gift tax returns; developing and supervising staff and assisting in client management and practice development activities.

•Implement client's engagements from start to finish (planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects).

•Develop and maintain relationships with clients

•Supervise, train, and mentor staff and New Joiners on tax projects.

•Review tax returns prepared by seniors and make recommendations regarding accuracy, quality, efficiency and tax savings opportunities.

•Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high quality tax service and advice.

•Mentor and coach team

•Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization

•Keep track of budgets, efficiency and profitability of the engagement.

•Manage reporting to the client and KPMG stakeholders.

•Be the single point of contact for Operating office in KPMG US

•Assist/Support the Engagement Manager & Senior Manager in pursuits, proposals and engagement reporting & development
