About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter to manage overall recruitment part and you must have a sound knowledge of all sourcing techniques and extensive experience in conducting various types of interviews, especially group interviews and phone screenings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Designing and updating job descriptions

· Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates

· Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g. Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, Linkedin…)etc

· Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms

· Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill

· Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs.

· Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards, and social media

·

Requirements:

· 3 to 8 years of experience in Recruitment (preferably from Manufacturing background)

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field

· Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting. Strong Verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

· Immediate joiners preferred
