**JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Hands on experience in end to end hiring of IT Professionals in both permanent and payroll positions.
- Understanding the organisation, the structure, the context of each role holder and the requirements, with expertise in areas of recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation and onboarding.
- Advertising the jobs on a variety of media.
- Managing vendors and internal referrals, if any.
- Capturing details of the applicants in a format that is trackable over a period of time.
