Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive and persuasive
Telecaller
to join our Delhi-based sales team. Your core responsibility will be to make
outbound sales calls within India
, introduce our product range to potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our senior sales team. You will focus primarily on targeting wholesalers, retailers, and hotels for our
women's innerwear and bedsheet product lines
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients across India
  • Pitch MiEstilo's product offerings and generate interest
  • Qualify leads and hand over promising contacts to senior sales staff
  • Maintain accurate call records, follow-up schedules, and CRM updates
  • Understand customer pain points and suggest suitable product solutions
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling targets
  • Share brochures, WhatsApp catalogs, or landing page links when required

Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience
    in telecalling or inside sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in
    Hindi and English
  • Confident, clear voice and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to handle objections and convert interest into warm leads
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented
