You are a motivated and dynamic individual seeking an opportunity to join Champak Magazine as a Telecaller. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging with customers over the phone to handle subscription renewals, address queries, and promote new subscription plans. Your excellent communication skills, customer-first attitude, and sales flair will be key assets in this role. - Making outbound calls to remind customers about subscription renewals - Handling inbound calls to resolve queries and provide information on subscription plans - Maintaining an updated customer database - Promoting new subscription offers and upselling relevant products - Following up with potential leads - Addressing customer complaints promptly - Providing valuable feedback to the management team for continuous improvement To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of Higher Secondary certification or be a graduate in any stream - Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred - Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply - Proficiency in Hindi and English - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and handle objections with patience - A fondness for children's literature - Basic computer knowledge - Customer-focused attitude Champak Magazine offers a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and the opportunity to work with an iconic brand in children's literature within a supportive work environment.
