About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Python, and MLOps to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing robust AI/ML models that drive business insights and automation initiatives across the organization. This is an onsite role requiring strong technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Model Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy ML models for classification, regression, prediction, and NLP-based solutions.
  • Work on end-to-end model lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, validation, and deployment.
  • Build NLP-based solutions such as text classification, sentiment analysis, entity extraction, topic modelling, LLM fine-tuning, and conversational AI applications.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data pipelines and integrate models into production environments.

MLOps & Deployment

  • Implement and manage MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and automated re-training.
  • Automate model deployment using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of ML systems in production.
  • Monitor model performance, data drift, and concept drift; manage iterative improvements.

Programming & Engineering

  • Develop clean, production-ready code using Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Build APIs and microservices to expose ML capabilities using Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
  • Collaborate with backend, data engineering, and DevOps teams to operationalize AI/ML solutions.

Data & Research

  • Work with large structured and unstructured datasets, including text-heavy datasets.
  • Perform EDA, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML, NLP, transformers, LLMs, and generative AI.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to POCs and innovation initiatives.

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or generative AI.
  • Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Experience with real-time ML systems and streaming data tools (Kafka, Spark).
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of model governance, interpretability, and responsible AI.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML domain.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts clearly.
  • Self-driven, curious, and passionate about building scalable AI solutions.

Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently onsite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
