Location: Remote (Pan-India)

  • We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead our machine learning initiatives with a focus on Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs). The candidate will manage a team of data scientists and engineers, driving the end-to-end AI/ML portfolio of the organization. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI/ML Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the organizations AI roadmap; mentor and lead a high-performing ML team; ensure best practices in model development and deployment
  • Technical Ownership: Architect and implement advanced ML solutions using transformer-based models; fine-tune LLMs and optimize RAG pipelines; collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI-driven business solutions
  • Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of AI trends; leverage frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers and PyTorch to integrate cutting-edge technologies
  • End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full ML lifecyclefrom data preparation and training to deployment and monitoring

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years in AI/ML (3+ years in leadership).Deep expertise in Generative AI
  • RAG and LLMs.Proficiency in Python
  • PyTorch and MLOps.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP vector databases and data science foundations.
