Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-world applications.
  • Work on Generative AI-based solutions such as chatbots using RAG approaches.
  • Implement and optimize product matching, image recognition, and NLP/LLM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain ML pipelines using MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar frameworks.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, deep learning, and Gen AI frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or AI Developer.
  • Proficiency in Python (functions, debugging, data manipulation, system design principles).
  • Strong understanding of ML algorithms, techniques, and best practices.
  • Experience with Databricks, Azure AI Services, and other ML/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Expertise in SQL (aggregations, joins, complex queries).
  • Hands-on experience in Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.) and RAG-based chatbot development.
  • Strong understanding of MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in model optimization and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with product integration and deployment on cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and Agile development practices.
