Job Description:

Maintain daily B/D register and report out Breakdown reports, gap analysis and action

plan

• Formulating action plans for correction of repetitive failure through implementing kaizen

to reduce the MTBF & MTTR

• Proactive planning of spares required for replacement during PM
• Check list of PM to be made and Reports to maintain after PM
• Systematic approach for problem solving with iPDCA, why-why analysis
• Critical spare part list and maintain stock of c class items with proper stock management
• Improve 6s conditions of Maintenance stores and maintenance areas
• Roles and responsibility matrix, skill matrix, training plan to be made
• Adhere and fulfilment of QMS & EHS requirement
• Timely actions closure of action points raised during audits and safety observation

program with systematic approach

• Identify resources to accomplish planned activities and to run maintenance department

efficiently

• Define KPIs and departmental objectives and goals setting for individual
• Collaborate with Cross functional departments for effective planning and aligning of

resources

• Make plan for doing planned maintenance work on Sunday.
• Identify improvement projects to improve machine condition like leakage free machines,

air leakage free

• Make plan for monthly maintenance expenses budget and controlling it as per allocated

budget.

• Actively support and involvement in EHS initiatives and improvement programs
• Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
• Planning and managing all repair and installation activities, Safety related action closure
• Monitoring continuous availability and usage of plant equipment in order to achieve

maximum utilization of machines and other utilities.

• Formulating action plans for correction of repetitive failure through implementing kaizen

to reduce the MTBF & MTTR.

• Monitoring and ensuring adherence of machines and utilities to legal and other

statutory compliances as per company policy and industrial regulations.

• Enforcing EHS and statutory compliances applicable to facility as per legal register and

improve on safety performance in order to achieve yearly targets.

• Facilitating the overall development of team members through effective & need based

training and proper work allocation.

• Ensure discipline on shopfloor and adhere to safety norms while working for

maintenance

Job S pecification: (Education, Training a nd Experience)

BE Mechanical/Electrical, 15 to 18 Years of Experience in Maintenance Department in

Automotive industry preferably in large Machine Shop

Competencies / S kills:

Knowledge of TPM, 6s, Mechanical and Electrical trouble shooting of CNC machines

LOCATION: Regal Rexnord Euroflex Hyderabad Office

Incumbent will be appointed on the rolls of Euroflex Transmissions India Private Limited.
