Sacmi Line Specialization (CORE FOCUS): Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all Sacmi bottling/filling equipment on shift. This includes, but is limited to: blow molders, high-speed fillers (rotary/electronic), cappers, labelers, combiners, and sophisticated conveying systems specific to Sacmi design.

Complex Troubleshooting & Repair: Rapidly diagnose and rectify intricate electrical, mechanical, and Sacmi-specific automation faults (including communication errors and proprietary system diagnostics) to ensure the shortest possible mean time to repair (MTTR).

Advanced Automation & PLC: Perform maintenance, programming adjustments, and high-level diagnosis on the PLC and HMI systems controlling the Sacmi lines (familiarity with their preferred control platform is a major advantage).

Precision Mechanical Maintenance: Execute expert-level scheduled and emergency mechanical repairs, including precision component replacement, alignment, and adjustment specific to the high-tolerance requirements of Sacmi machinery.

Optimized Preventative Maintenance (PM): Develop, execute, and refine maintenance procedures and PM schedules specifically tailored to the manufacturer's (Sacmi's) guidelines to maximize equipment lifespan and performance.

Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with production teams and the Engineering Manager to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities focused on enhancing the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of the Sacmi lines.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during maintenance activities to ensure machine integrity and product safety.

Reporting: Maintain precise and detailed electronic records of all maintenance logs, parts consumption, and technical findings related to Sacmi equipment within the CMMS.
