Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Telecaller
to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our services, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for IT services (Website Development, Mobile Applications, WhatsApp Chatbots, CRM, SEO, and Digital Marketing).
- Explain company services clearly and convincingly.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain client relationships.
- Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls and client information in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (IT sales experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, and English).
- Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections.
- Basic knowledge of IT services (websites, apps, software, digital marketing) will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary (as per experience) + Incentives based on performance.

- Office Location: Pune (Work from office).
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
