Job Description for  Manager - O&M for Solar 

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for Operation and Maintenance activities of Solar project.Monitor and Analyze performance data (KPIs) of the Solar project.JMR and interaction with local Government authorities.Spares planning.Budgetary control.Ensure Quality, Health & Safety at site.Leading a team of site engineers and build competency of the team.Interaction with various vendors, OEMs, stakeholders, etc.Monitor and Enhance Customer Satisfaction (External and Internal)Operations cost optimization with innovation and out of box thinking.Systems and Processes implementation across all sites.

Skills Required:

Professional knowledge: Good technical & operational knowledge of Solar Park and the equipment installed in the parkAnalytical Skills: Posses good analytical skills to analyze the performance of solar project viz – projected KPIs vs Actual KPIs.Communication Skills: Good communication skills, write and speak clearly.Computer Proficiency – Good command on MS office, Excel, Power point, etc. and knowledge of various statistical / analytical tools.

Experience:

Preferably from Electrical / Electronic background.Should have knowledge and worked in Solar parks for at least years.
