We are looking for an enthusiastic Planning Engineer (Fresher) to join our site team. This role is ideal for candidates who have recently graduated in Civil Engineering or related fields and are eager to build a career in project planning and execution.

Job Location- Khavda(Site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Monitor daily progress at the site and update reports.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for timely execution.
  • Support in resource planning and allocation.
  • Prepare progress charts and assist in delay analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Experience: Fresher (01 year).

  • Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of project planning concepts.

  • Familiarity with MS Excel; knowledge of planning software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
