Role & responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of solar projects (ground-mounted or utility-scale)
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate site surveys, design reviews, procurement, and installation
  • Ensure Electrical work as per approved drawings & schedule.
  • Ensuring to complete HOTO activities within stipulated period
  • Supervising of SCADA work and Communication Protocol scheme, ensuring strong knowledge of Plant Earthing schemes.
  • Adherence to Organizational Safety Policy
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of systems
  • Ensure documentation and performance guarantees are in place
  • Adherence to the project schedule and ensuring the progress daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly till completion.
  • Completion of projects in line with engineering drawings and quality within project schedule commissioning date.
  • Ensuring Zero Rework and Zero accident at field level.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems and EPC workflows
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Prepare project progress reports and MIS documentation
  • Update internal stakeholders and clients on project milestones and status
  • Lead sub-teams to ensure timely execution of scheduled activities
  • Prepare and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on site surveys and customer approvals

Education & Experience

  • Education: Diploma in Engineering (3 years) / B. E / B.Tech
  • Experience: years
