Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to support planning, execution, and monitoring of residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will assist in site supervision, quality control, vendor coordination, and ensure that construction activities align with approved drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

  • Assist in day-to-day site monitoring and ensure construction activities follow approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

2. Technical Support & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation: site reports, measurement sheets, progress records, and daily logs.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs, estimation, and material requirement planning.
  • Support senior engineers in preparing technical drawings and layouts.

3. Quality Assurance & Control

  • Monitor quality of materials and workmanship as per standards and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections for reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.
  • Report deviations and support implementation of corrective actions.

4. Material & Vendor Management

  • Assist in checking material deliveries for quantity and quality.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material availability.
  • Maintain inventory and report shortages or excess materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
  • Understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.
