Site Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Site Executive will oversee site management and lead the on-site erection of PV Modules, Tracker/Module Mounting Structures (MMS) for the Khavda Hybrid Renewable Power Project Phase-II. This role is critical to ensuring efficient project execution, adherence to safety standards, and effective coordination between team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Site Management and Coordination**:

- Manage and supervise on-site staff, including technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate daily site operations and resource allocation to meet project timelines.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, project standards, and safety regulations.
- Act as a primary on-site point of contact for communication between field staff, project managers.

**Installation and Erection of PV Module and MMS Systems**:

- Oversee the installation, alignment, and erection of PV modules, Tracker/Module Mounting Structures (MMS) systems, and other structural components.
- Ensure all structures are erected as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to confirm that installations meet company and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot issues during installation and provide quick, effective solutions.

**Material and Resource Management**:

- Oversee the logistics and inventory of site materials, tools, and equipment needed for module and MMS installation.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Track and report daily progress, site activities, and any material or manpower shortages to the Project Manager.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports, material usage, and work progress.
- Provide weekly updates to the Project Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
- Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

**Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures throughout the project to maintain installation standards.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, particularly in areas like module orientation, mounting accuracy, and system integration.
- Conduct site audits and inspections to verify quality and provide recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in site management, preferably experience in solar or renewable energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of PV module erection, Tracker/Module Mounting Structures (MMS) systems, and related construction processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in renewable energy projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
