Duration: 3 months

Stipend: INR 20,000 per month + upto INR 15,000 performance bonus at the end of internship

About the Role

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Operations Interns to support the smooth execution of the Extramarks Smart Scholar (EMSS) 2025, our PAN India scholarship exam. This role will involve hands-on coordination, logistics management, and process monitoring to ensure seamless delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with schools, sales teams, and vendors for scheduling and execution of EMSS exams
  • Manage exam material logistics distribution, tracking, and collection of OMR sheets, question papers, and envelopes
  • Monitor exam-day processes to ensure compliance with EMSS guidelines
  • Maintain accurate data and reports on school participation, attendance, and material usage
  • Support in resolving on-ground operational issues promptly
  • Assist in post-exam processes including material reconciliation and data handover to central teams

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably in Business, Operations, or related fields)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Comfortable with travel and field visits
  • Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
