Job Title: Operations Intern

Location: Sec-155,Noida

Preference- (Noida based)

TWF Flours is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our growing team.

About Us: This full-time, in-office internship offers exposure to production, dispatch, customer support, vendor management, and inventory control, with structured guidance and mentorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support production coordination by assisting cross-functional teams to meet targets and improve processes.
  • Assist in overseeing product deliveries, logistics tracking, and resolving dispatch-related issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to logistics and orders under supervision, ensuring timely support.
  • Support vendor management activities including documentation, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory, updating records, and analyzing data for reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support in setting up operational systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English + Hindi.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (pursuing or completed) in any stream.
  • Strong willingness to learn and build a career in operations.
