Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Inbound Sales Specialist
to join our team on-site in
Mumbai
. In this role, you will handle incoming sales inquiries through phone calls and emails, provide outstanding customer service, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound sales calls and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions or services
  • Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings and meet sales targets
  • Provide a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2+ years experience in sales, inbound calling, or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and close sales
  • Customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering a great experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
