Garment & Fabric Manager - Udhna, Surat (Owner Delhi Based)

Location: Udhna, Surat

Timing: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Salary: Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 30,000 (experience ke hisaab se)

Manager Role & Responsibilities

  1. Manufacturing & Production Supervision

  2. Oversee cutting, stitching, finishing, and pressing.

  3. Coordinate with Master ji and staff to ensure timely completion of orders.

  4. Monitor proper use of fabric and other materials, minimize wastage.

  5. Stock & Record Handling

  6. Maintain daily record: 'Material received, material used, ready stock, pending orders.'

  7. Update register or Excel with stock details.

  8. Notify owner before materials run out.

  9. Customer Communication

  10. Handle orders from local buyers and repeat customers.

  11. Show designs, confirm rates, and finalize orders.

  12. Communicate professionally via WhatsApp, call, or visit.

  13. Dispatch & Quality Control

  14. Manage packing, labeling, and dispatch via courier or transporter.

  15. Conduct quality checks: size, color, stitching, and finishing.

  16. Share tracking info and delivery updates with customers.

  17. Reporting & Transparency

  18. Send daily updates to owner: 'Orders ready, orders dispatched, pending orders.'

  19. Provide weekly photo/video report of work completed.

  20. Market Awareness (Optional but Valuable)

  21. Identify new customers and leads in local market.

  22. Keep track of fabric rates and stitching costs.

  23. Assist in small deals to boost sales if required.

  24. Staff Supervision

  25. Assign daily tasks to Master ji, tailors, and helpers.

  26. Ensure attendance, discipline, and timely work.

  27. Address delays and find solutions promptly.
