ABOUT THE JOB:

The Operations/Productions Executive for an Event Company isresponsible for overseeing and

managing the day-to-day operations of the event company. Thisincludes managing production

schedules, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing logistics, and ensuring that all events

are executed seamlessly. The Operations/Productions Manager must also have a strong

understanding of budgeting and financial management to ensure that events are profitable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Work with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are met


• Develop final event logistics plans to support project plans.


• Ensure eventsfollow localsecurity, Workplace Safety and Health regulations.


• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials and services are

secured on time and within budget


• Manage adjustments to event programmes to counter environmental issues and threats.


• Manage escalated on-site issues.


• Manage execution of event logistics plansto support project plans.


• Manage security threats during events.


• Manage takeover and handover of venues.


• Resolve escalated participants' enquiries regarding the events.


• Review incidentsummary reports to determine areas of improvement for event safety and

security.


• Review client project deliverables to ensure quality standards.


• Supervise volunteers deployment at the events.


• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop eventstrategies.

REQUIREMENTS:


• Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field


• Knowledge on Production and Element Sheet.


• Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially ppt & excel)


• Outstanding organizational and time managementskills.


• Familiarity with office equipment.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proactive enough to solve problems and make strong decisions.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.


• Excellent verbal communications and interpersonalskills.
