Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr QS Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The Jr QS Engineer will be responsible for preparing quantities, cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables, interpreting and reviewing designs and project plans, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and maintaining project documentation. They will also collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to keep projects on track and to ensure accurate project costings.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cost estimation, budgeting, billing and project scheduling
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Prior experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
