Hiring: Jr. Engineer – Planning (Warehouse Construction Project)

Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Develop & update project timelines, activities, milestones, and resource loading using planning software.
  • Coordination: Liaise with site teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors for integrated planning and resource delivery.
  • Monitoring: Track actual progress vs. planned, calculate variances, and support corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, highlighting delays, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Cost Control: Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and cash flow projections.
  • Risk Management: Help maintain risk registers and identify potential issues.
  • Meetings: Attend project meetings and present planning updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Typical Experience:

  • Entry-level to 2-4 years of experience in project planning/scheduling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
