About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Jr. IT Support Executive to join our school's administrative and technical support team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems, support day-to-day technology requirements of staff and students, and maintain IT infrastructure with a high standard of reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support to teachers, staff, and students for hardware, software, and networking issues.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, projectors, printers, smart boards, and other school IT equipment.

  • Maintain and monitor internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and LAN connections across the campus.

  • Support the use of ERP systems, online learning platforms, and digital tools used by the school.

  • Assist in data backup, system updates, and basic server maintenance.

  • Ensure proper functioning of AV equipment for classrooms, labs, and events.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and service requirements.

  • Maintain IT asset records and ensure timely preventive maintenance.

  • Adhere to IT security protocols and escalate unresolved technical issues to senior IT staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Support Executive (school/college experience preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

  • Familiarity with school IT infrastructure (smart boards, ERP systems, projectors, etc.) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks.

  • Must currently be residing in Bangalore and comfortable with a daily commute to Devanahalli.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
