Position Summary:

As the Team Leader Alzevita, you will be responsible for driving the performance of a team of Medical Representatives, ensuring achievement of sales targets, effective implementation of marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in pharma sales and leadership capabilities, looking to grow in a dynamic and specialized business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Medical Representatives to ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Implement and execute brand strategies and marketing initiatives for the Alzevita portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, chemists, and stockists.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze territory performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Ensure adherence to reporting systems, compliance standards, and internal SOPs.
  • Organize and conduct product training sessions and cycle meetings for team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, training, and supply chain to ensure smooth field operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in Science or Pharmacy (preferred). MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
  • 3 to 7 years of overall experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 1-2 years in a team-leading role.
  • Strong experience in CNS/Neuro/Psychiatry therapeutic areas preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
