Team Lead (Healthcare - US Staffing)

Location:

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of US Healthcare Recruiters, ensuring performance targets are consistently met.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-based Healthcare roles (W2, C2C, 1099) across multiple clients and industries
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters
  • Monitor daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics
  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms
  • Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS/CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams
  • Comfortable working in night shifts aligned to US time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's degree
  • • Experience in handling VMS clients or direct clients in the US
  • • Exposure to IT skill sets across domains (cloud, infrastructure, dev, data, etc.)
