About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and performance-driven 
Paid Media Executive
 to join our digital growth team at 
Stakque Digital Pvt. Ltd.
 The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing 
Google Ads and Meta Ads
 campaigns end-to-end, with strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across 
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
     and 
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    .
  • Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently to achieve strong ROI and conversion goals.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to maximize performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to align creative assets with marketing strategy.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 
    2 years of proven experience
     managing paid campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and manage significant monthly ad spends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data interpretation.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to work on-site from our Mangalore office (full-time).
