Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and managing all digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation for Pujashree Products Global Pvt. Ltd. This role requires a data-driven professional with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns and online brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize online campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Zepto, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, and monitor search rankings.
  • Track ROI and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Generate monthly/quarterly digital marketing reports.
  • Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG / Consumer Products / E-commerce.
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
