Role & responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing curriculum, overseeing teaching, learning and assessment practices, ensuring academic quality and program effectiveness.

  2. Guiding the college's strategic direction, aligning its mission and vision with local and regional priorities, and planning for future growth and development.

  3. Managing day-to-day operations, including budgeting, finance, human resources, facilities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

  4. Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding faculty and staff, providing professional development opportunities, and ensuring performance management processes are in place.

  5. Overseeing student recruitment and admissions, ensuring student well-being and academic success, and fostering a positive learning environment.

  6. Building strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders to enhance the college's reputation and create opportunities for students and faculty.

  7. Promoting research activities, faculty publications, and fostering an environment of innovation within the institution.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Educational Administration or a related field, along with educational leadership certifications.

  2. Experience (minimum 10 years) in educational leadership, preferably within a college or university setting, is also required.

  3. Experience leading similar institutions, advanced educational leadership certifications, familiarity with educational technology, and experience with academic growth.

  3. Financial management abilities

  4. Stakeholder Management for the growth of the organization.
