Job Summary

:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional
to manage and expand our retail channel network and drive
business through Regional Large Format Retailers (RLFRs) such
as The role requires expertise in channel sales, distribution, retail
management, and key account handling, along with strong team
leadership and strategic execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Channel Network Management
- Distributor selection and appointment.
- Overseeing daily distribution channel operations.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory at distributor points.
- Managing and facilitating collections from channel
partners as per company policy.
Key Account Management (RLFRs)
- End-to-end business ownership of key RLFR partners
(Poojara, Bhatia, Kore, Umiya, Hevmor).
- Building long-term, sustainable relationships with large-
format retailers.
- Developing and implementing strategies to overcome
market challenges.
- Identifying gaps in the market and designing effective,
sustainable fixes.
- Driving business volumes through RLFR partners.
Sales Targets & Market Expansion
- Achieving value and volume sales targets across product
mix.
- Ensuring product availability and visibility in the market.
- Driving superior product display and visibility initiatives.
- Exploring alternate channels for driving incremental
business.

Team Leadership & Strategy
- Managing, coaching, and motivating front-line sales forces.
- Leading strategy development for territory expansion and
performance improvement.
- Ensuring high-quality execution with speed and precision.
Experience Required
(Minimum relevant or equivalent
industry experience required

- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in channel sales,
distribution, retail management, and key account handling.
- Proven ability to manage large-format retailer relationships
and deliver results.
- Hands-on experience in team management and strategic
business planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability
to identify gaps and implement fixes.
- Prior experience in the handset industry or financial
services managing key partners.
Academia

qualifications you deem
necessary for this profile.)
- MBA or Graduate with strong academic back ground

start up scenario to build and create business
- Strong relationship skills with trade and channel partners
