We are Hiring a Deputy Manager Finance for a leading FMCG MNC Brand.

Experience: Minimum 4 Years of experience

Education: Should have completed Final Certification in Chartered Accountancy (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assets Accounting: Oversee and manage the process of recording and tracking the company's assets, including fixed assets, intangible assets, and depreciation schedules.
  • Financial Accounting: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, including the balance sheet, P&L / income statement, cash flow statement, RPT, COA.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and financial forecasts and ensure that actual results are in line with expectations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management and regulatory agencies.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  • Tax: Well versed with Direct as well as Indirect Tax provisions.
  • Audit Coordination: Lead the coordination of financial audits, including working with external auditors to resolve any issues. Knowledge of K-SOX/ SoX audit will be added advantage.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Microsoft applications, SAP or any ERP
  • 4+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax laws.

Leadership / Managerial Attributes:

  • Candidate should have excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
