Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring for domains like BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, and other non-IT verticals. This is a high-impact role that requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and speed in closing mandates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand job requirements from clients or hiring managers for non-IT roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time and maintain high-quality profiles.
  • Build and maintain a candidate database for future requirements.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Manage client communication when required (for mid to senior-level roles).

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (HR or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 15 years of experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Proven track record in hiring for sectors like BFSI, FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of various job roles, salary benchmarking, and market trends.
