Role & responsibilities

The Recruitment Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and driving the end-to-end recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently and effectively.

This role involves a mix of leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on recruitment.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists to meet hiring targets.
  • Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Allocate workloads, manage priorities, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume or specialized hiring across multiple functions.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and recruitment metrics.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g... Ciepal )
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
