Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to manage front office operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess basic IT skills and be capable of handling day-to-day office coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office & Administration:


• Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk.


• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.


• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.


• Manage scheduling, meetings, and appointments.


• Assist in documentation, filing, and record-keeping.


• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning.


• Travel and accommodation booking for staff and guests.


• Facilities management including upkeep and maintenance .


• Supervision of junior admin staff and interns.

IT Support:


• Provide support for software issues.


• Assist with setting up and maintaining office systems, printers, and internet connectivity.


• Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalated issues.


• Ensure regular backups and basic data security protocols are followed.


• Support staff with troubleshooting MS Office and email-related issues.


• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Graduate in any discipline.


• 1–3 years of experience in front office, administration, or IT support roles.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Basic knowledge of computer software, networking, and troubleshooting.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
