In the field of biosimilars, we develop products with a focus on autoimmune diseases and oncology. All these therapeutic areas are segmented in 4 different business verticals functioning across various geographies.

Role 1

Job Purpose & Main Accountabilities

Customer Appointment

  • To ensure 100% dedication in appointing Customer and Ship to code parties in FK books with no deviations as per Check list provided.
  • Monthly Customer Data validation reports to be prepared and submitted
  • MIS reports to be submitted for Customer appointed every month.

Business Partner Due Diligence

  • BPDD compliance 100% with monthly and quarterly review and documented report to be prepared. Review and document CMD changes and BPDD on quarterly basis & Master data annually

Customer Service

  • Customer Verification of all active Customers to be done
