Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and motivated fresh graduates to join our banking sales team. The role involves promoting and selling banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, loans, and other financial services to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and building a career in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
  • Explain and promote banking products (savings accounts, loans, insurance, credit cards, etc.) to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
  • Assist customers with the account opening process and other banking formalities.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or any relevant field).
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales/marketing/customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is an added advantage.
