  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate purchase records.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Track inventory levels in coordination with stores/warehouse team.
  • Resolve vendor issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (production, finance, projects, etc.) to forecast requirements.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Vendor management & relationship building
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, taxation, and compliance
  • Proficiency in ERP systems / MS Excel
