  • Drafting of contractual letter for day-to-day issue as well as delay event letter in consultation with PM/Director/Technical Head
  • Managing potential variations and claims including records keeping and following with the Contractor, site engineers and client
  • Preparation of statement of claim and statement of Liquidity damages.

    Support in preparation of EOT recommendation.
  • Interpreting the Contract condition in response to Contractors claim, Project Leadership queries and Employer queries.
  • Ensure identification, preparation & submission of claims, variations, extra items etc. Also, to track the progress of the same.
  • To ensure that all the submissions to the client are adhered to the contract.
  • Preparation and submission of Notice of Dispute regarding the conciliation proceedings.
  • Preparation and submission of the direct/third party claims (insurance) as per CAR policy.
  • Ensuring the Implementation of the work at the site as per the Contractual provisions and approved drawings
  • Documentation of accurate data for the suitable extension of time from client for the milestone activities. Further, prepare the monetary claims for the same.
