*Issue Resolution:*
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
*Documentation:*
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
Update CRM or support software with customer information and issue resolution details.
*Performance Metrics:*
- Meet chat response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction targets.
