  4. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., inventory, shipping) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  5. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, customer complaints, and other issues.

  6. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.

  7. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.

  8. Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
