Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities
* Greeting and welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
* Performing efficient check-in (registration, room assignment, key issuance) and check-out (settling bills, gathering feedback).
* Answering the main switchboard and directing calls appropriately.
* Providing information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions (Concierge-like duties).
* Handling routine guest requests (e.g., wake-up calls, extra towels, maintenance).
* Managing online and phone reservations, including inputting, modifying, and confirming bookings.
* Processing payments (cash, card, foreign exchange) accurately and securely.
* Maintaining accurate guest records and logs.
* Coordinating with the Housekeeping department to check room status and prioritize cleaning.
* Communicating with Maintenance regarding any room or facility issues reported by guests.
* Upselling hotel services or higher room categories when appropriate.
Front Desk Manager Roles and Responsibilities
The Front Desk Manager is a leadership and operational role. They are responsible for overseeing the entire front office department, managing the team, and ensuring departmental goals are met.
